These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Aureon Intelligence website and the services we provide. By accessing this site or engaging us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About us

Aureon Intelligence is a software services company registered in the United Kingdom. References to "we", "us" or "our" refer to Aureon Intelligence.

2. Use of our website

• You may use this website for lawful purposes only.
• You must not misuse the site by introducing malicious code or attempting unauthorised access.
• All content remains our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

3. Services

Specific services are governed by individual statements of work or contracts agreed in writing between Aureon Intelligence and the client. Those agreements take precedence over these Terms in the event of conflict regarding the services delivered.

4. Quotations and payment

• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Payment terms are detailed in each project agreement.
• Invoices are due within the period stated on each invoice.
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of bespoke deliverables produced for a client transfers to that client, except for our pre-existing tools, libraries and methodologies, which remain our property and are licensed for use within the deliverable.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private and to use it only for the purposes of the project.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or in connection with our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Warranties

We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. No other warranties, express or implied, are given.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the applicable project agreement. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
